We are here to make a difference. We create jobs that care for people and planet, we keep waste out of landfill, we grow and distribute fair food, and we provide community service to those who need it most. We do this to make the world fairer and life better.

We run three environmental repair social enterprises – Green Connect, Soft Landing and Resource Recovery Australia – and a range of community services. Last year we provided jobs for 675 people across Australia, 74% of them experiencing barriers to employment.
